This is very finely ground boswellia sacra powder, hand ground with mortar and pestle in Oman from Hojari Frankincense resins.
This was pulverized from mixed grades of hojari frankincense, which includes Royal Hojari, Superior Hojari, and High Grade Hojari Frankincense.
