DIRECTIONS FOR USE
One teaspoon contains less than one bee sting. We recommend you start with 1/4 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1-2 teaspoons per day as required.
INGREDIENTS: Manuka honey 95%, Glucosamine Sulphate (as the potassium complex) 5%, Bee Venom <0.1%
