What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All orders for Auckland delivery has a flat rate of $10.00 for Auckland Only. Outside Auckland and North Island is $11.00, South Island is $13.90.Rural Delivery for North and South Island has an extra $4.20 charge. It is the Customers responsibility to check Rural at checkout before making payment. Failure to do that will delay your order. For orders outside New Zealand, shipping costs $30.00 for the first item, then $5 for each subsequent item. This only applies to each item not been heavier that 90g. heavier items are not shipped outside New Zealand.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer and credit or debit card (using the PayPal credit card payment system for non-account holders, or PayStation).
Which currency is used in the Online Shop?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24hours of receiving payment. All orders are sent via courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Online Health Shop uses secure third-party payment systems so that no sensitive payment details are held on our system.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a notification once you place your order, when we begin processing it, and once it has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking number with your shipping notification.
